Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
BKL Brookline Concrete provides professional concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, decorative concrete, and related concrete work. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by our company.
Quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project that require additional work or materials.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Project Changes and Cancellations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties. Changes may affect project timeline and cost. Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your project contract. Warranties cover defects in our workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, neglect, accidents, or natural events beyond our control. Specific warranty terms and duration will be outlined in your contract.
Property Access and Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access to the work site and to notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other obstacles. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in your contract. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or undisclosed site conditions.
Liability Limitations
While we maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take all reasonable precautions, our liability is limited to the contract value of your project. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Claims must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in your contract.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unfavorable weather conditions that could compromise the quality of our work. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Massachusetts. Legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate court in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
